Pavan Bajwa is the founder of Mission Masala, the award-winning concept redefining Indian cuisine in Belgium. Together with her husband Tim and partner Guido, she has built a vibrant culinary movement spanning restaurants, food trucks, and events. Their Brussels venue, Bombay BBQ, received a Gault&Millau H!P Award, while Mission Masala itself earned the Venuez Award for Best Fast Casual Concept. In 2023, Pavan starred as a guest chef on Celebrity MasterChef Flanders, where she led a MasterClass showcasing her bold, modern take on Indian cuisine.
