Pieter Henket (33) lives in New York and is one of the most talented upcoming celebrity and fashion photographers. His work can be described as being sexy, hyper chic and memorable. He started 12 years ago and has become the favourite photographer of many director, actor and pop star. His breakthrough was in 2008, when he portrayed Lady Gaga for her first album The Fame. The photo was selected for the American Woman exhibition in the Metropolitan Museum in New York. Together with Banksy, Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin and many others, Henket participated at a group show in Dallas, Texas, organised by the Van de Goss-George Michael foundation. His work has been published in The New York Times Magazine, The London Times, Harper's Bazaar, Der Spiegel and the Asian edition of Esquire. He is a blogger for the Dutch edition of Vogue (The Dutch Files from Vogue).
