Ralf Wetzel studied business administration in Chemnitz (D) and Kingston upon Hi ll (UK). He gained his doctorate on organization theory at Chemnitz University o f Technology. In 2011, he joined Vlerick Business School in Belgium as Associate Professor of Organization and Management. His current work focuses on change ma nagement, organizational dynamics and organization theory.
